About Us
At Sovi Health, we believe that business growth starts with understanding the invisible frictions that hold your people back. Too many organizations accept stress, distraction, unclear priorities, and burnout as normal—when they’re preventable and costly. Just like modern wellness tools focus on individual shifts, we partner with companies to diagnose the hidden causes of productivity loss and create custom, sustainable solutions that align with both employee wellbeing and revenue growth. We’re not here to add another wellness app to the pile. We’re here to help you build a system that discovers what’s really draining your organization—and then fix it—one habit, one person, one team at a time.
Why Sovi Health is Different
- Evidence meets Enterprise We go beyond generic wellness: we identify what specific forces—whether they’re workflow inefficiencies, context-switching, or burnout —are siphoning productivity across your organization.
- One habit → lasting habits → revenue impact Our methodology starts small and builds large. One habit per user leads to patterns of sustained behavior that cascade into team-wide performance gains.
- Custom insights, not cookie-cutter solutions Unlike one-size-fits-all platforms, our analytics shine a light on what really matters for your teams, helping leaders make informed decisions with actionable data.
- Employee-first & business-first We never ask your people to sacrifice one for the other—in fact, supporting their growth is how you grow your ROI.
We are passionate about helping individuals optimize their health through the science of behavior change. Our approach is deeply rooted in my own experiences and expertise, which began over a decade ago when stress-induced vertigo forced me to take control of my health. By implementing small, intentional changes in my daily routine, I was able to eliminate my symptoms and transform my well-being.
This personal success story isn’t just mine alone—it’s built on a solid foundation of academic training. I have a background in psychology and had the privilege of specializing in Behavior Design with Dr. BJ Fogg at Stanford University. Additionally, I studied Nutritional Biochemistry. This unique combination of personal experience and scientific expertise is what drives the approach we take here at Sovi Health.
We’re here to empower your organization with the same tools and knowledge, helping your team make small, sustainable changes that lead to lasting health improvements. Through our science-based methods, we focus on the four essential pillars of well-being—Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress—to guide your employees on their path to optimal health. These changes not only reduce burnout and lower health expenses but also create a more engaged and productive workforce.
